Budden is a terrible interviewer. His interviews are only good if the person basically guides themselves through it. Ish & Ice would ask the dumbest, most chatty pattiest questions, Mona doesn’t know shyt about shyt, and it would be up to Marc & Parks to save it.


If Nas is going to do any interviews he’s probably better off doing a more traditional format like Sway or Big Boy or Ebro. Maybe Bootleg Kev.

I actually thought Nas was spitting better on Magic 2 then 3 but 3 is a better album.

That’s why I thought the Hit Boy produced albums ran its course.

Latter albums showed that they weren’t really going to replicate the quality of KD 2, KD 3 & Magic.

What has me confident is the number of tracks. They could have easily done 9-10 joints like Magic if there was some fat to trim off. But 15 songs to me means they’ve cooked up a whole bunch of fire songs.

As if 3-4 were a bit weak they could have just been cut off no problem.
