The thing that kills me is people listened to that shyt and said oh these wouldn't fit Nas, Premo sucks now.


Different styles require different beats. Same with Alc and people acting like he'd give Nas some drumless shyt. No, that works for Roc Marci or Boldy James but these producers know Nas needs drums. It's not rocket science lol.

wish I could have heard that track first watching Joe and Jada‘s reaction. I always go back to seeing them listening to prodigy verse. Made me extra hyped for the album

Since mad pages talking shyt just to pass time since we “all” are hyped about this, Let me ether some of ya right quick..
If ya can make a positive comment over a 10 second beat and it’s ok but call others weird if they make a negative opinion on a 10 second beat, ya wonder why we get so many trolls on here. Some of ya act way too soft over minor negative comments and even entertain known trolls cus ya so easy to get to. Act like a fan, not a Barbie. Be men, not groupies. And realize it may be like 3-4 saying the same shyt compared to “nas fans”. If you gonna group them all together, call out names..

And know I ain’t even one that made any comment on that beat. I read more responses complaining about people having an opinion than I did on the actual opinions. I would have not noticed or skimmed thru it had not but for the many female written notes. damn ya grown ass men can be intolerable how feminine ya act.

That's fair. I actually think that it's totally fair and understandable to know in 15 seconds that you won't like a song. I think a lot of people decide in 15 seconds whether they like something or not, and are often right about their choice.

There are so many damn songs I can name where I knew in 15 seconds whether I loved it, hated it, or just thought it was cool.

I'm listening to magic and kd series and nas has lines about not wanting to do press kits, and about dusty ass fans who are stuck on the old nas.
