I was 16 years old (Yes I know I'm ) and I was at the gym.

I'm doing my back work out and I hear the song for the very first time. At the time Nas was considered the extraterrestrial of rap, cuz the way he was rapping was truly next level.

So I hear the song for the first time and the lyrics captivated me ...I had to stop my back work out.

Luckily the gym is right down the block from my crib (yes, I still live there)....so I got up, and ran out the phukin gym.....

flew to my crib....and made it back in time for the third verse.

Nas is the only rapper in the world I ever did something like that for.
