They both doing good. Jay probably enjoys being a businessman and looking at balance sheets, P/L statements, marketing etc.
Nas is a straight up artist who would rather not deal with business headaches. Just pick the right investments and watch his money grow. I prefer Nas' method, but that's just me.
I have friends that hit me up about buying rental property or flipping houses and I'm like, 'I'm good. It's too much of a headache. I'd rather take the same money and put in the market and watch my money grow.

It really is, it’s hilarious though because people are going to think he made $175 million based off the thread title and tweet, completely ignoring the part where they stated they have no idea how much he invested.
