I can't even front, when I first heard that song, I had a feeling that this was gonna be a great album. Don't get me wrong "The Don" and "Nasty" were dope too...but its dope to hear an in-depth song from Nas, especially with a perfect beat for it.

He was approaching struggle bars on that album and some of them were actually struggle bars. I dont listen to nas to hear him not rhyme in some stanzas and or rhyme mouse with house and that be the only thing that rhymes in 2 bars.

Im not trolling. His bars were not classic nas bars. The rhyme structure and rhyme patterns were off. He was not rhyming at his peak level. It was a drop off in skill. Not saying it was wack but it was the epitome of nas rhyming average.
