That's what I’ve been saying for the longest. If we knew what these critics looked like, we’d be glad they didn’t have the same taste.

Look at this little dweeb and tell me if you care about what he thinks about any topic.

We shouldn't care what he looks like. Researching who wrote the review is too much energy into something so moot. Does it change how we feel about the album? I mean, reviews should be taken as a grain of salt. I've seen publications give an album three stars and then the artist drops another album and they call the album the gave three stars a classic. It even happened to Jay Z before. Rollingstone gave Blueprint 3 like three stars, but said it was album of the year in their year end review. So either "Empire State of Mind" blowing up changed their view of the album or another writer at the publication had a difference of opinion vs the person who wrote the 3 star review.

Nobody never cared what The Source or XXL staff looked like. The words on the page did the talking. Sometimes, pictures were included, but for the most part we didn't see them.

It is one review and there's not many artists who are going to get positive reviews across the board. That's what criticism is. You have to take the good with the bad.

Funny you say that, from what Ive gathered they seem to just throw 7.1s - 7.5s at anybody
