And when’s the last time anybody went into the May The Lord Watch thread and started an entire side conversation centered around Bun B once cursing out Phonte for how he felt about Minstrel Show? Or the grievances that some of the old school Hall Of Justus had to say regarding Phonte? Or any of the potshots 9th and Phonte threw at each other over the years?
Nobody did that shyt because we were too busy celebrating the first Little Brother album in TEN YEARS.
This is the first proper Nas album since 2012. We should be celebrating THAT, debating or even critiquing THAT instead going back and fukking forth about Pooh beefing with twitter trolls or 9th loving Hov.
We already KNOW 9th loves Hov. We already KNOW 9th is one who started “Nas picks bad beats” bullshyt. Thats HIS opinion and he’s entitled to it. But arguing about it in what is supposed to be a Nas album appreciation thread is complete and utter bullshyt.
Ya’ll wanna stick up for your Carolina homies? Cool. Go make another thread about it. I already said that Pooh is a good brother who hasn’t disrespected Nas in the slightest. There are fellow Nas fans who swear up and down Nasir is worse than Nastradamus so if Pooh has the same opinion then its whatever.
But this shyt needs to stop HERE right now. I ain’t never in my life trolled a little brother thread because i’m a fan and I have respect. This is Nas fans moment and all i’m asking for is the same respect

27 Summers is really growing on me. Not that I didn’t like it before but because it was so short I didn’t really break it DOWN.
