Hope was dope! Especially the non acapella version"Not Going Back" is dope. I notice that people tend to dislike the Nas tracks where Kelis does the hook.
Nas has made worse songs than "You Can't Kill Me," but I have no desire to ever listen to it. "Blunt Ashes" and/or "Hope" can go.

I'm in the minority where i think that Kanye production on NASIR was actually pretty dope for the most part but Nas wasn't sounding focused & sharp on there...

Lol I made a typo somehow. I meant I heard ' Ultra Black' on terrrestial radio which is the first time in many years that I've heard a Nas single get Radio play.

Yo there was a dope version of "Hope" on the internet when I first got put onto the internet like 10 years ago and I never could find it since then. The chick is saying "Live hip hop live. Stay hip hop stay" or something like that...anybody know this shyt? Please post it, that was the best version to me. I scoured youtube searching for this shyt and could never find it.

I love the OG "Hope" and I wish it had the chance to make the album. The acapella version is just awkward to me, and having it end the album makes it worse because you don't get the full effect without the beat. Either Nas should have taken it off if he couldn't clear the sample or he could have fixed the sequencing so the album ends like this: "Hustlers," "Hope," and then "Can't Forget About You."
