This, Miles by Blu and ELE were needed this year

Don't know how true this is but supposedly The Grammy's are announcing nominees tomorrow.. Crossing my fingers for Kings Disease.

Yea it would be dope for him to get nominated for this album. Definitely a great body of work.

Be cool if he got nominated but Im not expecting because its an indie and probably needed a larger push. Im guessing the committe gonna look at Billaboard and Streaming so expecting like Lil Baby, Pop Smoke etc to get the lion's share

in that NME interview that @Ziggiy posted he says that Nipsey was planning on doing a documentary on the I Am bootleg. It would be dope if Nas followed through with that, especially now that Mass Appeal is up and running. It has the potential to be better than the Illmatic documentary imo.

This would really be classic..That's the classic Nas album we never got

Yes you are correct traditionally the Grammys always go to the most hyped or popular artist BUT they’ve taken some steps to align the judges and committee who vote with more qualified individuals amongst the culture and Nas is still a big name amongst the culture and Hip Hop industry. So all I can say is we’ll see. His strongest chance is probably a Best Rap Album nomination

Yea they definitely should have at least gave him a Grammy for daughters or better yet cherry wine. Especially with cherry wine and Amy passing away.
