Yo, The Firm’s on here?!!! :ohhh:

When’s the last time AZ or Cormega was on a Nas album @Ziggiy ?

Cormega might end up with 2 of the best features of 2020 too :leon:

Cormega was last on a Nas album in 1996 (It Was Written)

Him and Nas last worked together on Da Bridge 2001.

The last time Nas worked with AZ was on the unreleased Serious in 2004

Think Mega is much mature now though...think the Mega Philosophy exemplifies...raps about the culture & unity

In his recent interviews you can tell he's not a hot headed person no more plus Nas & Mega go way back before they was rapping...

think the last thing he did to disrespect Nas was when he went around the hood with Tony Yayo & Yayo was dropping Nas jokes & Mega was laughing...Yayo Said something a long the the lines..."You don't see Nas in the hood"

Funny though because Yayo looked mad uncomfortable in the whole video :mjlol:

Yayo been in Nas comments showing love/support lately too

I love how all this just came out of nowhere. Nas just randomly droppin. No hints that this was on the way, no leaks prior to that back cover tracklist if that's even official. Just boom, and a week of anticipation. And he got a good bit of promo for FREE with that Doja stray. I'm sure they didn't expect that line to cause as much discussion as it did. Got shea butter enabler simps writing whole think pieces on Black men and women. Crazy thing is the line wasn't even a diss. It was, the truth. Something Doja can't even deny.

Oh well, looking forward to Friday.
This is honestly the album release format I've been waiting on as a kid. I always hated the long winded album promo rollouts that start 8 months before the album dropped. It also prompted artists to look at their albums as a list of singles to be pushed via radio spins instead approaching the album with a cohesive vision

Shout out to Nore for bringing up the Firm in the Nas interview. Maybe that sparked interest for this track

This is the FIRST Nas album ever where i’m going to skip straight to a particular song instead of listening from track 1 onward.

I’m TOO hype for that Firm track

Idk bro, I feel like the song will be even more ill after the build up/transition from the earlier songs!!
