Global warming, they don't wanna believe
And they're hanging people on trees
And what the fukk is up with Gale King?
A black male, a female thing, a failed thing
Journalism or internalism
Shirley Chisolm wouldn't play the victim
Eartha Kitt woulda been finished with him

Phenomenal album. Exceeded my expectations. A few VERY MINOR complaints:

1. It's CRIMINAL that 27 summers is so short. Prob my fav beat on the album and Nas is flowing his ass off then it just ends so unexpectedly. (This seems to happen alot with the dopest beats on hip hop albums, shoutout to Jay-Z Beach Is Better)

2. A few tracks like Spicy for example (my fav overall song) coulda used more Nas verses. He was in his fukkin groove but was so short. Guest verses did their thing but still.

3. Not a complaint toward the album, but towards y'all hatin on my man Cormega. He killed it. Granted AZ outshined everyone

Ok fr, I’m stressing about this since you cannot cop this anywhere else right now and I cannot cop this in the UK even though I’d happily pay shipping and customs and all that. fukk it, I want the cassette too.

I’ll reach out to some people and see who else might hold it. Hell, even Fatbeats ain’t got it for pre-order yet.
Bro if you find out let me know cos I'm after that too

Anyway, I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. I'm that guy that still wants him to work with Pete Rock and Premo, but this was good. A bit too smooth for my tastes, but it works.

And AZ arguably has the best verse on the album. He killed it. Hopefully he follows up on this and drops Do Or Die 2 sooner rather than later, but he and Nas still need to do a project together. They obviously bring out the best in each other. Too obvious.
