In the Hot97 interview, when Charlamagne asked about the length of the album, Nas said that now he just knows what to say and how to say it. The more I listen, the more I hear it. Every song has a line or two that I find myself quoting. I love LIG, but somehow KD has way more quotables being half as long.

There's more urgency on LIG for sure, but I hope people don't sleep on KD's lyrics because of how effortless it sounds.

It was DMX IDHIH album, Hard Knock Life, No Limit albums, Wu Tang, Mo Thugs, Big Pun, Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz, N.O.R.E, M.O.P, Cam'Ron's Confessions of Fire, Lauryn Hill's Miseducation also dropped that summer. So much heat in one summer.
