The secret project definitely involves Primo, he said "mum's the word on the Premier" with his finger on his mouth and a very telling smirk when he was asked about it in the Torae's interview. Basically a confirmation that they've been working together or are planning to.
It remains to be seem whether or not it's a full album with DJ Premier or just a bunch of joints with other producers completing the lineup.
