He's touring with the Wu-Tang during all of september so I doubt he will drop the album at that time.
August is the safest bet, it's when the previous two were released and the album is basically ready minus a few details if its being mixed.

I'm about to get KD3 and season six of Rick and Morty in the same summer. That sounds like a damn good summer.
