On my second listen and to me it came off kind of like

to me the beat selection is still an issue with Nas man, its like wtf is up with these over-dramatic beats B? shyt coming off corny at times to me, like chill Nas, you nice on the mic you don't need this hollywood score music. I always like Nas on a sick sample, looped up basic, with some nice drums, that all he needs, he's nice, let him be the star of the track. What's with all these crazy string articulations and what not? Same problem with J. Cole's production. Its not that serious breh, calm down them arrangements.
