It’s not as good as Magic, but it’s still solid. Definitely passed the car test, and gave it the thorough listen-through at the gym.

What This All a really Means is my favorite track right now, but as with all Nas albums that will change.

50 sounding so washed isn't really a shock...he's gotten so his breath control is gone but beyond that, he never really had an artistic or ambitious approach to the rap game to begin with...it was just a means to an end that he just happened to be really good at, so of course his craft would get worse.

I don't know why people expected 50 to have a great performance. The last time he sounded inspired was "Big Rich Town." I made the same mistake with Eminem on "EPMD 2," thinking there's no way he was going to rely on his old tricks when he's on the same track as Nas and EPMD.

it's not wack, but definitely not something I'd replay over and over. It's average at best. Some dope tunes on it though. Nas just recorded some of this stuff literally a few weeks ago. He said RIP to Mutulu Shakur. He died July 6
