yall cant be serious with this shyt :russ:

these nas stans so scared to call his shyt wack....how it's his weakest album but a 8/10 album with 11 good tracks on it :dead:

THE shyt WAS TRASH :laff: rofl @ nikkas rationalizing and making excuses for why the shyt was unlistenable and awful

When there's enough listenable tracks, there is.
:manny:

Im not saying every album is 5/5, more like a solid 3.5-4 mics each album. Thats a good battling average to me :ld:

Smash tracks:
Money Over Bullshyt
Black Republicans
Let There Be Light
Hustlers

Decent but not smash tracks:
Hip Hop is Dead
Carry On Tradition
Hold Down the Block
Where Are They Now

Tracks that sometimes listenable sometimes not:
Blunt Ashes
Cant Forget About You
Still Dreaming (Although I didnt think it was amazing as others)

Unnecessary:
Play on Playa
Can't Kill Me
Who Killed It (although I appreciate what he was trying)
Not Going Back

Bout 8-11 good tracks on an uneven album.

Its a weird album. I think when you rank it, its probably his EDIT: ONE of his weakest (I honestly think I like SD and Nastradamus more than it as weird as it is to say) but at the same time the tracks that are good are really good and up there with some of his better post-Illmatic/Stillmatic stuff.

I give it a 7.5/10 or a 3.5-4/10 album but good enough to be in the 10 best albums of 2006 (A year that had some good albums and sleepers in retrospect so even that could be debated)

Can't Kill Me is sooo underrated. That's one of the most gansta joints in recent memory.

HHID is weak in retrospect but KG is worse.

With songs like Anything/Hollywood/Minority Report/Beach Chair :scusthov:

Who Killed It & Where Are They Now are the only songs on HHID that are just as bad

At least we got The Prelude & Still Dreamin :wow:

HHID is a great album minus You Cant Kill Me, Where Are They Now and the intro of Not Going Back. I kinda like Who Killed It, but it's not something I'd listen to on a regular basis. Album is 4/5

Should have removed those tracks and put Where Yall At and The N on there.

What do people have against Not Going Back, except maybe Kelis. I can see those other 3 tracks. But nah I can't co-sign that Nastradamus talk fam and you're usually on point :lolbron:

I just remember listening to Nastradamus a lot when it came out and this is before I could say I was a full time Nas fan, rather a casual listener. His worst albums (That and SD) are the ones I found myself listening to a lot when they came out for whatever reason:ehh:
