You can’t detest racist remarks one way then be a proponent of it the other way…because if that’s the case then you’re not really against racism, you’re just against racially insensitive white people, lol. Racism and racist talk, in general, is obviously fine with you.

Who knows on her story, I will leave that to the lawyers, but I will say from experience that some people will claim all kinds of crazy shyt trying to get a bag on their way out the door. I had one girl claim I would work with one class of people on their school schedules but not her. Unfortunately for her I had email receipts where I specifically said I would work with her on school. Another one we had to fire was only fired because she was the worst God damn worker anyone has ever seen. I did everything I could do to try to get her to do her job correctly and she just did the same shyt over and over. She did not do one facet of her job correctly, even simple tasks like not leaving her cash drawer out in plain sight unlocked at the end of her shift. I think she just wanted to get fired and try to sue but she got nowhere.

I do not miss managing people!
