They already said the the FO track will see the light of day. Face it , we aren't getting another Lost Tapes, so its got to be on this album, Timbaland said that, "right now" Nas had the complete track. He said that Jay Z asked for it.

Anybody who follows Nas will know it is not yet the time to be expecting ANYTHING new after he put an album out just one year ago. We're gonna just have to wait until next year, Nas always takes two years in between albums, plus 2014 marks Illmatic's 20 year anniversary. So I'm sure there are big things in store.
Never on schedule but ALWAYS on time
I feel you, and you're probably right, but how much time was there between:
- Stillmatic - God's Son
- Distant Relatives - Life Is Good
We have a chance an album is gonna drop this year, and another one next year.... A man can hope...
What do you prefer quality or quantity?
At this point in his career I personally don't believe it would be a good idea to release albums in consecutive years he has never really been one for doing this anyway. Taking a gap between albums allows for artistic growth.

HHID was better produced than any Nas album sinceHe isn't going to rush it out. He wants a positive reaction and knows he really isn't selling huge amounts of records. Nas doesn't like to make albums that sound the same, but I imagine he'll isolate himself to one or two producers like he did with Life Is Good, since that really helped with him developing the appropriate sound for his last album.
The frank ocean track is a left-over from LIG, so I wouldn't expect it to make the cut. If he works with FO, it'll most likely be on a newer track. The Jay-z track was just an idea that Timbo discussed with Nas and Jay, and doesn't even exist yet. I don't think it'll happen; it's just Timbo getting ahead of himself.
Edit: Dudes need to stop with the Remi hate. When Nas ditched him for HHID/Untitled, the production quality went down the drain. Bringing him back to work alongside No I.D. was the best choice to get that unique orchestral-classical and throw-back sound he nailed on LIG.
