howard is the king of radio, but he dont want it with arsenio. he went on arsenio when arsenio was guest hosting for joan rivers back before he got his own show , and arsenio is one of them dudes who look weak but he got gangsta on howard and that white boy backed down, thats why howard hated him. arsenio punked him on his show.
