Nas is a man, his finances are his responsibility. Seems pretty obvious to me that he's been grinding hard in part to pay off his debts. And he clearly doesn't think new music is gonna get him out the hole. I give his manager props. Before he came along we always saw stories about taxes or child support. Over the last few years there has been a lid on those stories. But the child support stuff came back last month, now taxes.

Pay your taxes brehs. Seems clear Nas has a lot of revenue streams and makes a lot of money...but it doesn't mean much when you're constantly behind on taxes or racking up fines.

And I looked at the documents in question. They are Certificates of Release of a Lien. These weren't filed by Nas. They appear to be filed internally by the IRS, someone in special collections. Nas is special
And they don't indicate when Nas paid off these debts. He could have paid them off a year or two ago and the feds are just now getting around to filing these certificates. We don't know
