How he say he didnt Nas until that track when he mentioned his name before in interviews waaaay before Untitled. I remember him mentioning to Jay Leno in an interview about certain controversial rappers around the early part of the election, before Untitled even dropped and that track.

I think he means he doesn't (Personally) know Nas. I don't think he was unaware of Nas. He was just caught off-guard by someone who he has no relationship with actually mentioning him on a major platform when they didn't have to.
