I disagree. He's still better than most of these nikkas out now. I can see if you didn't like the album but to say that it's trash is and an exaggeration.

So where were you when people IN the 90's were bashing Nas for IWW, I am and Nastradamus saying that Nas fell off and all of that. So now he's trash and in the 90's he was God. Rap fans are really weirdos

But come on now, LIG is one of the most overrated albums of last year. It's a good album, but is it CLASSIC? fukk NO! Illmatic n IWW r classics because those songs r played years down the line...U honestly think LIG will get burn years down the line the way Stillmatic, Illmatic, IWW do? When u start ur career w such a bang I hold u to high standards, so sorry if I wasn't exactly blown away by LIG...he coulda done better...the production was kinda weak, his lyrics were not as slick as he could be (not to say it didn't have it's moments) , the hooks were predominantly awful. I know I'm in for a shyt storm cuz Nas is dikk ridden so hard on this site but it is what it is...I'm built for war

Also anyone who hated on IWW is an idiot, album is great from top to bottom...I am wasnt as good, obviously it had its weak moments but it also had some of the best songs of his career....As far as his career is concerned now, I only really hear ppl praising Nas online n that's it, his relevancy is dwindling...He hasn't had a BANGER since Made u Look (by banger i mean sumthing that rings off in club, sumthin u hear ppl bumping in the car, etc) n that was fukkin 10 years ago

I ate up everybody calling it classic but after about a month of forcing myself to bump it, I frisbee'd that shyt the fukk out of my car.
