I'll ignore the down syndrome addled OP, and focus on this. Yes Nastradamus and I Am are that bad, and this is coming form a Nasir stan. For an average rapper --- fine, but for a premier, top shelf rapper they were both poor efforts to say the least. Nas was in a horrible creative space at the time. He was trying to figure out a way to appeal to DMX, Jay Z, Ja Rule, DJ Clue market that was cornering hip hop, rather than being his own artist.
