Actually Pac is the one that stole the beat if anything, it's a Trackmasters production with a very Trackmasters sound. Trackmasters said it was a coincidence though. Nas talks about this in "Nas is Coming" a song that talks about the East/West beef and Nas says "nikkas is stealing beats".

I like the bassline in Pac's beat more though.
