think back on 2004 and how hip hop was (still is today) a pile of shyt and a bunch of "simon says" shyt; nas came through with an album that stuck out like a sore thumb (in a good way) because he did his own thing and made the album he wanted to make without followin' trends :obama:

esco, let's go! :blessed:

where my nikka @Illeye buckmatic at? :myman:

the 1st time i heard it (without lookin' the cd linear notes right away) i thought it was different because the voice sounded a bit like him and knowin' how creative nas i figured it was him. nas is always 1 step ahead of nikkas :wow:

Yeah, it do sound like him but once you bought the album and you read the back of the cd to read or read the booklet to see what artists on the album and Scarlett is one of them that you've never heard of her cause you thought she was real until you liste to it and was like

cause you know it was Nas as Scarlett.
