People knew Alloco was gonna sue him for the no show

But people already know the story: Dude didnt sort out Nas' visa in time.

Here's why I think the promoter might get his lawsuit thrown in the bushes. Even the facebook page that was setup by his wife to help him get free from Angola admitted that the Visa wasnt prepared for Nas to get their time

So really its gonna be a matter of whether or not this dude can produced the evidence that as a promoter he sorted that all out and sent to Nas' management.


Keep this also in mind: While Nas might be the type to easily forget and flak out, this promoter also has had a history of suing artists for concerts that fell through including Bon Jovi.

I think this will eventually get settled anyway. Its crazy how for all the money owed there has not been talk of prison, whereas you see what happened with Fat Joe for not even a tenth of what Nas owes to so many people and Joey Crack might legit go to jail.
