Both killed this. Nas has a great way to take a certain delivery and tone to give his verse gravitas. Kool G Rap kills it and Nas could have easily tried to match that intensity. But instead went with a laid back, slow delivery.

Reminds me of Made you look. Salaam was fully expecting with it being a hype beat for Nas to rap crazy aggressive. But instead just rhymed smooth.

I still remember hearing this track for the first time. I was a Junio in HS and it was '95. Nas had already killed it a couple months earlier with the "Verbal Intercourse" feature. Now this.
