$20 billion doesn't sound like enough

Its enough when you’re basically stealing money.

This is a grift. We’re not even traveling to the money but they are going to make a base?

Right now it’s dangerous just to be in orbit so many satellites and debris from broken satellites are there.

NASA needs to send up ships just to clean up satellites. It’s literally impossible to establish a moon base.
