I hope you're not implying that Kobe hasn't gotten blame for the struggles this season because that would be an outright lie.
Oddly enough the only starter who hasn't been accused of being a huge problem is the one who plays the worst (Artest).

He has a no trade clause and the biggest contract in the league.
Cutting Kobe would serve no purpose whatsoever. Amnestying a player like Kobe is fukking idiotic since a team would still have to pay part of their salary and that player could be picked up by another team.
Kobe has definitely gotten his fair share of blame for the Lakers problems this season. Saying otherwise is an outright lie.
