This. I agree with the Nashville hot. But I first had birria years ago at a spot in Chicago near Archer ave. Was 9/10 and I haven't had any birria recently that can even hold a candle to it.A food thats been cooked for centuries came out of nowhere.
This isn't is a trend. It's just dry rub seasoning.
