Explain how you can be in the same crew but not hangout together? Do you know how nikkas is the hood is called "Black"?
Are you retarded? Nas and Mobb Deep weren't in the same crews??? Killa Black didn't even run with mobb :what: prodigy himself said nas wasn't fuccing with mobb until they started blowing up off thr infamous and they've always had a funny style relationship....so why would killa black be rolling with nas, for no reason? sh1t prodigy hadn't even met nas until mega took him to battle him

Killa Black and Nass were in the same crew i think he meant.

Also Prodigy and Nas have had a funny style relationship, but Nas has been around and known Havoc since they were kids.... that is a fact.

You know how many people I crossed paths with that I will not shout out if I put out an album? That is for people you spent time with, and enjoyed being with them. I'm not shouting anyone just to do it, and looking from biggies album credits he did the same thing.

That video you posted was from MTV and was like a get together for the Mobb Deep shyt "eye for an eye". That song was popping all over nyc at that time. Queensbridge is HUGE, with 7,000 people living there, and nas was from one side, the mobb was from another side. I never seen the closeness with them that yall are seeing. Its just people from the same hood who represent it but, they don't hang together. I know plenty of people from my area and we speak or be around each other from time to time if we outta town or somewhere we don't know people but we don't hang with each other like that on the regular. That's how I see Nas, and Mobb deep.

Here's something I found speaking on queensbridge, and they say what I say about nas, and mobb being from different sides. I'm not saying they didn't hang with each other once in a while but not to the point havocs brother is hanging with nas, and not his own brother when they both was in the music industry trying to come up:

Queens bridge is huge for a housing project but you're not talking a different part of a city you're talking a housing project that is a few blocks long..you are still in the same vicinity

I know that, but I still feel the same, read my post again!

Also, its not about the size, its about how many people are there. NYC is small, but because its so many people there, you won't keep running into the same people all the time, unless you are always going to where they live, and even then you might miss them, because its so many people.

This is how it went for me. You go outside where YOU live, hang out there, then go to where your people live at, maybe say what's up to some people, but you aren't close to them. We can see each other all the time, but that's it, we aren't people. We are all from the same area, but we aren't close, we just know the same people, smoked together at one point, or just see each other all the time in the street, BUT we aren't people. That's what I was trying to imply.

A lot of this stuff being spoken on probably wasn't that deep tho'. There's no stories of most of these dudes having real-life animosity. Lil' rap drama perhaps, and maybe some lightweight incidents, but I doubt that outside of the Pac/BIG shyt which was made very public, any of these dudes were at war with each other.

Far as the BIG dissin'- let's be real, it spoke volumes as to just how much he was on top of the game at the time. When the game has become competitive and everybody wants to prove how great they are, the natural move is throw shots at who's perceived as the top guy. Especially when this guy in particular isn't throwin' 'em at anyone to prompt these disses, maybe jealousy is a strong word, but he obviously had dudes feelin' like they had to go at him. Still, I doubt it was all that serious to a point that anybody was walkin' around legit mad. Most of the shyt back then that got real wasn't stuff that nikkas rapped and made subliminal lyrics about. It was incidents that happened and most of us probably didn't even hear/read about til much later.
