How do you reconcile the Scientific Method vs the Fairy Tale in your brain? I believe it requires tremendous amounts of ignorance (I don't mean it in a negative way)...I mean in the literary sense...

I have a specific belief in Islamic theology... It cant be simplified as opposite to science or the scientific method. Its a faith based belief in the Quran and the history around it. Its not a rigid understanding of a world in the material sense but rather a supplementary world view.

Where you born in a Muslim environment?

I was born in Canada but in a Muslim household. Anyway I think thats inconsequential because there are converts with strong belief and ex muslims who were born muslim and have no belief.
