Talked to my sis earlier today she works as a P.A. in a clinic. She says they've switched to "telecare" as much as possible, having people do their doctor visits over skype because they don't want sick/elderly folk gathering in crowded waiting rooms.

She also said they're low on EVERYTHING so far as equipment goes. Medical professionals are supposed to use 1 mask per patient but now they saying keep using the same mask for as many patients as possible until that shyt gets moist (which means no longer effective) cause there ain't enough masks to go around.

bruh I’ve been worried for weeks about the financial impact. I got a house being built right now and thinking about how much money I’ll lose if shyt hits the fan. I’ll lose over $100k and builder might sue me for breach of contract. I think companies are going to get killed so a lot of layoffs. More than ever recorded. Financial impact will be deadly I don’t give a shyt what the government says or does.

China fukked up and should pay for it. But so did the US and other countries who took things lightly and kept trying to tell people everything was under control...but now hopping out windows screaming “FIRE!” Completely letting their citizens down.

Good luck everyone. Gonna be a scary sight when the dust settles and like what happened after 9/11, life will be different.

She's the expert not me, I assume that the people who run our public health systems and instruct the on-ground workers who spend years in medical school training for this shyt have a decent idea of what kinds of precautions they should be using.

Yup I’m in health care but worry myself we know it’s coming they are going to shut down everything but people are still going to want their money.

If you are healthy and not in the risk group you should go out and live normally. The only peoe who should be cautious are the elderly and those with comprimised immune systems.

It seems some of you rrally dont understand that keeping the economy and businesses going helps everyone who eants to self isolate because they can still get goods and services supplied to them if they order them.

On the street, that's true, because you ain't gonna have strangers coughing/sneezing on you and putting fluids in the air on the regular.

For health care workers who have to take care of patients in close contact all day long, a high quality mask is far better than nothing. The idea that y'all think health care workers ain't wearing these masks is mind-blowing to me.

It's not airborne but will travel 6 feet when you let loose..hence the laws of personal space being amended. Can also enter through the eyes
