I think with the Covid launch at the very end of 2020 it makes sense for PS6 to be 2028. Factions being cancelled set ND back there's no way around it

Between the covid factor and PS4 Pro having a 4 year run before PS5 (Fall 2016 to 2020), yeah I think Fall 2028 PS6 launch makes the most sense.

That shyt is crazy, canceled that shyt because they couldn't figure out a way to nickle and dime their player base.

There's no way to fukk up that gameplay loop, if they couldn't figure out a live service they could've restructured the shyt into a traditional 5v5 shooter, throw in a PVE hoard mode and people would've been good till their next game.

If they're working on another project, best case scenario is that thing launches in 2028, a year after Intergalactic. That would a very long gen though.

ND's unannounced 2nd game could be a fantasy game.

Another possibility is the unannounced 2nd game game being Uncharted 5. ND usually takes 4 to 6 years to develop an AAA so I expect this 2nd game in 2028. Could be 2027 with their new game next year, yet according to reports that game is not next year. The schedule could have changed though. This game could be cross gen assuming a release of the ps6 in 2027 or 2028.

ND could also be working on Uncharted 5 or collaborating with another studio to create Uncharted 5. They usually take 4 to 6 years to develop an AAA so I expect this game in 2028.
