nausea when playing first person?

i just copped black ops II and im getting this sick feeling like 30 min in.. this aint the first time tho.. always these shooting games got me like this
madden, 2k, GOW im good
anybody else get this? is there a remedy?

It's pretty common, just google it. You will find many people with the same problem I think it depends on frames.

I used to have it on cod 4, medal of honor and other old shooter. Havent felt it since mw2
