Black women! They say we're too masculine and angry, truth is we just ain't scared.
There's a difference from being scared and being stupid though.

She knows the rules, she can't publicly protest in uniform. There's a lot of racist, anti-American, anti-government (those that hate Obama) and shyt in the military but you can't do that publicly or in uniform. Thats like immediate discharge

I agree with everyone else here... She kinda fukking herself for a few seconds of fame.

In uniform you are supposed to be seen as one. There are shyt people don't agree with, but that's basically all they can do without punishment aside from bringing complaints up the chain.

You can support shyt all you want... You just can't publicly protest in uniform.

Then she's an IS2 in hawaii... Im not too particularly fond of most IS's:patrice:

They're not the brightest but think they're smart af and act entitled because they rub shoulders with officers. She don't even got her warfare pin which is a big deal if you been in 8 years. But IS is a babied ass rate.

I know where she works, where they gonna send her, and a lot of other shyt.

Good luck to her. That clearance shyt is real

Basically all this.

They tell us we can't protest while in uniform, but while you're not it's different...I don't agree with everything the military stands for but at the end of the day it's just a job (at least for me)

:francis:She might have just fcked around and ended her career early

Not only that the shyt will follow her around after she gets out the military. It will be a dishonorable discharge.....shyt looks bad on your employment history.

Yep losing that shyt is a bytch and that alone can mess her up in the military and out of the military.

.....real talk unless you been in you got no idea whats gonna happen to her, when they dont like you they trump up bullshyt charges all the time, from me getting a letter of reprimand for the air force for having an airhorn (one of them tiny ones from the armory that you can get at a dollar store) to getting my gun taken away for just being SUSPECTED of something being taken that i didnt fukking take.

it sucks doing that extra duty and its no just her thats gonna get it, i was air force, but imagine in the navy her superiors from the top down are gonna get it because SHE AINT MOTIVATED, SO MOTIVATE HER, its more than a comfort zone, its the military and its just something you cant do because you signed a contract. anyone with a fukking book knows whats been going on, but when that anthem play, you in uniform, flag up you salute etc, i hate to have a "yezzir boss" mentality, but i been through some shyt just BEING SUSPECTED of something i didint do, me and my whole fireteam (4 of us) who mysteriously happened to be all black but one got this treatment, and it was the whiteboy who took all that piff from the armory. but it was either i do it or be jailed by my own and i didint want that. oh and that bullshyt article 15 i eat because of again, something someone else did but my unit was involved, which she most certainley is geting, thats less pay, stripe removed etc.

i aint never talked about none of this but stuff like this is why i downplay i was ever in, i dont display no medals NOTHING, but that was my choice when i got out, when you in, YOU IN.

Yeah I know a bunch of ex military brothas and they have all said the same shyt. Jokers being set up and the whole 9 yards.

So you have to tread lightly in the military. Military folks don't have the same rights as regular civilians and that is what folks don't understand.

That is what folks don't understand. When you are in the military you are USA property period. They can do whatever they want to you and you have no say so.
Not necessarily true

You can do whatever you want as long as you ready to face whatever consequences of that.

You CAN have a life outside of the military... But when you're in uniform.. Yeah, you're kinda considered property like everyone else.

And she has a clearance too.. So she's considered special property.

The rules say you can not publicly protest or sue/etc., while in uniform... But doesn't mean her spouse or fam couldn't for her. There are loopholes to expressing yourself.

But losing a clearance has a lot longer affect than just getting discharged imo. She'll probably get a general/other-than-honorable discharge and keep her benefits and will be fine outside i think though (especially if shes married to a military nikka).

But her way out is gonna be hell. Navy is one of the PETTIEST branches i've ever seen. They gonna make sure that her discharge isn't pleasant and will be looking for ways to get her even more fukked up

If you haven't been in, you don't know honestly :ld:

I've seen and been where she's headed. It's not going to be fun because when she signed the paper she knew the rules. I think I can tell she didn't know what she just did and that it might've even been for attention.

None of you were in the Navy, working with IS's, had clearances, and been around those people...

I think she'll be ok in the end but if they're discharging her I personally think they're going to give her hell on the way out. Possibly putting any future careers and benefits that im sure she joined for in jeopardy

But like i said, if she's wifed up then she found the loophole to getting kicked out but getting benefits :ld:

Black people really need to understand "play a mark to win."

We are obsessed with empty gestures, ineffective commentary, and hollow battle cries.

This person hasd:

1. A career within the United States Government
2. A security clearance

She was willing to give that up for a moment of meaningless protest. Remember she has nothing to fall back on and no clear message or vision. She got caught up in a wave of emotion without thinking through the consequences and is now looking to be bailed out. Now she's a victim.

Breh I pray they don't kick the sista out and if they do I hope she doesn't get a dishonorable discharge.

One of my bosses long ago was a general in the military. Dude would tell me stories on how kats would get dishonorable discharges and it would just fukk they life's up after the military. The shyt stays on your re ord forever and it would damn near ruin any opportunity for you to be employed at any meaningful job.

Also he mentioned how kats would get kicked out the military cause they would lose their clearance in dumb shyt then the military would use that shyt to kick them out (especially if they had a bad record and folks didn't like them).

I know from experience working in DoD. It is hard even getting your clearance turned back on if it has died. Let alone if you did some shyt to have it taken away.

Man don't let this sista have a top secret and she probably will never get it back again.

In saying all of that you makes some great points. Cause folks can talk all they want but it ain't like those supporting her on the internet gonna send this sista 500 bucks and a care package to help her when the military busts her pay grade down or kick her out the military.

Oh I agree homie. I was more talking about when you have the uniform on and you can't do crazy shyt like out here as a civilian. The consequences are higher.

People with the clearances required for her to be an IS (information specialist) can't even do what REGULAR military people can do...

These are pentagon level clearances brehs...

Have you nikkas ever briefed an admiral about sensitive information??

So what made her think she can do what an NFL athlete, celebrity, or even a regular civilian can do is kinda stupid... Imo
