I recollect Dr. Umar Johnson when he spoke about white folks articulating racism but will there be anyone that tries to break the white power structure? They smashed the black panther party, why haven't these folks been infiltrated and dismantled? What about legislation being passed to deal with these mufukkas

Pass legislation and enforce policy against yourself, then expect white supremacists that have infiltrated law enforcement and FBI to arrest themselves. Just sayin'. But we already have laws against this shyt, RICO should apply to these people somehow...

I just walked away dude. I mean these people present themselves to you like they just want to have a geniune discussion and I enjoy debating things. But if they are married to the idea that every black person is a welfare queen and is raised to hate white people and that there is no such thing as racism anymore because a document was signed in 1964, thenNo matter what you say, they will do anything to maintain that paradigm.

I felt stupid for falling for the idea that the person was just ignorant and with the right education on the matter maybe they would change. I had a lapse of judgment that the root of the issue was ignorance instead of simply being anti black.

I think one thing that needs to be considered when dealing with people like that is that the concept of "winning" the argument shouldn't be the goal.

You just need to present the information that you feel pertinent and then move on - exactly how you did.

If they have any soul then that information will stay with them and it will grow over time. It's not going to hit them all at once, but planting the seeds is important.

If they don't have a soul then you said your piece and it's on them that they are a vile disgusting creature.

To add to my previous posts. Look at the appeals to empathy to understand the plight of men who march with nazi armband and wish for the extermination or oppression of black people.

If we all just sit down and discuss this :mjcry:

Will he stop spreading right wing hatred after this and change of heart? Nope. :mjlol:

Steve Bannon explained why the Trump campaign was never concerned about Trump’s associations with and support from the white nationalists, saying “We polled the race stuff and it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t move anyone who’s not already in her [Hillary Clinton’s] camp”. In simply and starker words, Trump’s Republican supporters who were not already racists did not care that the leader of their party was probably also a racist and that their party was actively seeking the support of racists. They would still pull the lever for Trump.

So, while Trump’s refusal to denounce the white nationalist violence yesterday may seem extreme, it really represents the attitude of not only the core of his support but also the core of support for the Republican party. No doubt, some “friend” of Trump will come forward and tell us he’s not a racist. But even in the unlikely event that it is true, he is clearly willing to tolerate racists and use racism to his advantage. And the same is true for a large portion of the Republican party writ large. While we should certainly condemn Trump and highlight those few Republican leaders who have spoken out against this racist violence, we should also be crystal clear about where the heart of the Republican party stands.

Saying there's no place for something that happened does what? Clearly there's a place for it and that place at the very least is in Charlottesville where those people felt comfortable enough in their hate and ignorance to put it on parade. It probably isn't the only place people can get away with that either.

There should be no place for it but that shyt just happened.
