What are the desired destinations

They leaving a nation that has a lot of military technology. Too much, in fact. If, for instance, a Nazi regime does try to wrestle power away, leaving wouldn't be too smart.

Europe is already moving ultra rightwing, so running to any country there wouldn't be smart. I highly doubt Asian countries like China and Japan would house a bunch of non-Asians.

African countries would be the first targets of a Nazi America due to resources, so the reprieve you think you'll get in Africa would be short lived as the new Nazi America would bomb the hell out of Black countries, and commit untold violence on the Black populations. We talking complete extermination.

So likely those that ran would end up having to fight in the end anyway but at a greater disadvantage because those African countries aren't equipped to deal with the technology of America.

Y'all gave up and ran at first sight of inconvenience and will end up paying for it in the end. No other nation will help even if they don't like what's happening because they'll be focused on building their defensive capabilities.
