Nba 2k is an embarrassingly bad greedy money grab

It's good and I mostly love the game and all previous editions but the amount of greed is absolutely disgusting

Not only that, but they make all this money and can't provide us with legit customer service?

So...

I bought the legendary edition (actually got two, one for my son for his bday)

Game crashed around 6 am Friday morning and I lost my player along with all the vc I invested in him

I've put in NINE tickets, still no human response... I've talked to two people at the Microsoft chat line as well as one person over the phone who all said they can't do nothing for me because 2k announced they would handle all these issues

The supposed phone number for 2k support is down

They either owe me my money back or at least 325k in vc

I'm so frustrated it's not even funny

The whole point of the legendary preorder and all the vc was to get a head start!!!

It's disgusting.

Any advice what to do?

Don't even remember the last one I bought because I saw the writing on the wall a few years back. It's a shame because I love the gameplay but I'm not about to buy into these practices.

I knew what time it was when my player got storylines and they kept talking about e-leagues and all that other shyt. Didn't buy last year, and won't buy this year either.

Dropped about $80 on VC for 2k17 (on top of the $60 the game costs)



Not worth it for shyt, I maybe played through half of a season on my main character, and basically got bored of the game because of all the stupid practicing you had to do. (Even with the doing work glitch where u could just keep the bar near max everytime)


None of whatever happened on 2k17 matters on 2k18


Its as if they think its a completely new franchise or some shyt

That shyt is a scam too, basically spend 20 dollars (55,000 vc) for a box of ten packs and basically get contracts strategy cards and bronze players
