Random players on your team after the second year will get contracts that zero out.

CPU goes after no free agents so you can basically sign them for the minimum every year

No Mr.Reg P. They want to sell current gen versions. Why would anyone planning on buying a next gen system buy 2K14 next week if they was gonna buy a better version next month.
You see, they have 140 million potential customers for the current gen, so they want as many people ready to cop on day one as possible.

You won't hear much about 2k or any sports game for next gen until late october, early november at the earliest
And here's the thing, they don't have to show you the game. If its better, its better.
Its a better system, more capable system. So the game will be better guaranteed.
I could give a shyt if it has all the online modes or not, just give me team up and vs and dedicated servers making that lag go away?

So its in there best interest to remain tight lipped for as long as possible. It can only HURT current gen sales if they talk...

No new retro teams this year. At least Scottie still there but no Dr. J, Kareem or Chris Webber. They took out Webber's Kings team since he isn't in the game. So I'm only getting the PC version this year, so those omissions will be easy to correct...

Thats because they don't fix the issues in the game... the only reason I get it is for Online Association to play with my boys since we are all spread out, but when you cant play more than 2 seasons without shyt fukking up its lazy programming. The problems have been there for 3 years now and 2k refuses to address the problems. But yeah you're right we are just complaining to complain right?

Let's look at 2k14's demo... oh wait they didn't put one out because they are "focused on making 2k for current gen and next gen systems! But yet they were all over twitter talking about the celebs at their launch party

Last years "BIG" announcement was Jay-z being the executive producer... you know instead of fixing the issues that everyone was complaining about in 2k12

This years "BIG" announcement is Lebron doing the soundtrack and the "return of crew mode" even though it's a 3 on 3 mode from what I have read.

We are 5 days out from the release and people don't know shyt about the game because they refuse to tell you what they fixed. And thus I won't purchase it...


But yeah... we are complaining to complain right?

I honestly can't argue with anything you said. Good post.

I am going to pick it up though just so I can stay competitive. New controls so I don't want to be behind the curve.
