I haven't fukked with 2K heavy since 2k11. I skipped 2K12 and 2k13 I played once or twice. I got 2k14 right now I'm about to go play it real quick.(burned copy)
So now 2K gets hated on like Madden

I'm not even bothering with Current Gen. I'll just ride out this fantasy draft on 2K13. I doubt I'm copping both, so it's gonna be interesting to see what Live has to offer, though @LD2K seems to be pretty excited about Next Gen 2K (though I guess he kinda HAS to be).

I should have this game(PS3) tomorrow around 12pm PST, I'll run it through the paces and answer some question and give some impressions. I already know the graphics will be 13 level so I will just be chopping it up on the as the developer says "feel, space, and pace of the game".

Been playing around getting used to the controls, I keep fukking up because it looks like 13 graphically but its on a whole new level gameplay wise. Once I get 13 out of my head I'll be cool. Been playing on pro to get used to things and they are different. I can say the Defense in the game is pretty damn good by the cpu and you as a player don't feel helpless. Your team mates rotate and shade very well, mind you I'm playing on pro. The CPU learns your tendencies and tries to combat what you are doing.
You see I'm going down the list of so-called on the court improvements that the devs have touted and learning A.I. Is so far so good. The controls are better, it's the getting used to them that is what the problem is and oh the Post game is much better also. I chime in later and if you have any question, I'll try and answer them.
Just notice you can't practice plays and you can't pick and chose who you want to be the screener.

that so folks can go out and buydude to rating high reviews. there is usually always something wrong with the 2k franchise.

Players move pretty fast when running plays now, none of that nonchalant crap from last year, also the passes are much faster as well.

On the PS3 the shading mechanic isn't working You're supposed to hold L2 + RS left or right to shade and it doesn't do it.
It works I was holding the RS instead of tapping it.

im reserving my verdict for what happens online....if its more of that euro-step 3....spin dunk....supercharged superstar bullshyt....then pass

i talked to dude in person, he's legit excited about the next gen shyt. they(him and ronnie) really wanted to tell me and 2 other dudes more about next gen, bu didnt. i just need to see that shyt before i get hype.
