I did a test
on (PS3) I turned all the shooting sliders for the computer to 0... they were airballing all game until a forced shot clock jumper, shyt was all net.

im getting excellent realeases on wide open A+ shots. and they just bouncing off the rim everytime. meanwhile contested shots go in like its nothing. have you even played this game?

how do you get in rythm when you cant hit open shots?
this whole game is based around charging your way to the basket. you either score or the refs will give you free throws. no midrange game at all anywhere on this game

You cant use the shot feedback as an exact guide. Go to practice...I used to think the same shyt you're saying but going to practice and actually figuring out releases got me killin nikkas online

Players actually have hot spots on the floor where they have a higher % of scoring. Go to practice and see where they are with specific players.
