They should just add crew mode back and take notes from Fifa pro clubs. Let us create and customise a team where you play sim style in arenas and we can go to the park if we wanna play streetball, recruit players or play with randoms when no teamates are online.

Full stat tracking and awards at the end of the season in a league of MyPlayers, you could do scout work on lower rated leagues to sign replacements for your team if somebody is ass.

Been preaching that idea for 3 years now. The idea that we could have multiple people with their myplayers playing out their games and having head to heads for when there are 2 people playing against each other….
