To me, it's wild he made it to me too. Ray Allen was never even a top 5 SG(kobe, iverson, carter, mac, wade) in his prime. He only made 7 all star teams outright. Less than 25k points. When he was a Celtic he could barely create his own shot.

Those Ray Allen numbers are why Reggie Miller shouldn't have sniffed it. He was a better player than Reggie by a lot.

But Reggie was the guy on a lot of Pacer teams and they held they own vs. the Bulls in '98. Ray Allen doesn't really have that story.. he was a role player on his title teams
