Ray Allen was a Top 5 SG '00-'07 - It was Kobe, Ray, AI, Vince, Tmac...and then rotate whoever, a one fell off. He made his name in his duels vs all of them...His duels vs Kobe & AI were always intense...AI going back to Big East Tourneys. And he & Tmac dueled it out too. He more than shined vs his competition.

Lets say he was top 5 for a couple years. He was definitely last out of the guys you named. Then Wade came into the league in 03, second season he was an all star. I'd argue Rip Hamilton was better too.
When Wade, Kobe, Iverson, MacGrady and Carter was making the all star team, he wasn't better than any of those guys.

So who are y'all taking off this list that "doesn't deserve it"? Even from the OG, I barely could think of 5. From the new 25, Dame, Kawhi...even tho their career have been long enough, AD...same. Hell, Dame & AD have been the most consistent of the new guys for their entire career - not Kawhi, not Giannis. I just think it's too early. Hell, AD has the best numbers of most of these young guys.

But ya'll list some names that should come off and then look at their numbers. Shaq made the OG being a 4 yr youngin, 4x AS & All-NBA but 3rd team mostly....but avg like 28 & 13 up to that point. But no MVPs, no rings, 1 Finals appearance...and was known for getting swept out the playoffs every year.
