Them MVPS must hold so much value with y'all, russ ain't no perfect player, but I'm not taking Nash over him. :mjlol:

Imagine Nash in Westbrook position for that 2016-2017 OKC Team.:mjlol:
You can say the same about Westbrook in PHX
CP3 and Nash especially over :youngsabo: is a fukking joke.
No it isn't. Niqqas valuing chest puffing too much.

Dudes will say anything to downplay Russ. I wish he never played with the Lakers. That’s when the narrative about him started going overboard. Never with any other teams but the Lakers, he was seen as a bad teammate. I wonder why.
Them talk's was before the Lakers. But did you see him play with the Lakers? If so was he a good player?

In the system that brought you Linsanity I mind you.

Russ
Q-Rich vs Oladipo
Joe Johnson vs. Roberson
Matrix vs. Sabonis
Amare vs Steven Adams

:comeon::comeon::comeon::comeon::comeon:

The problem is Russ needs to be Super Saiyan Russ. He's going to turn the players on the left to the players on the right anyway. But then again, that may not mean much, as this gap ain't as big as you're making it, particularly at SG & PF.

Russ & Oladipo were redundant, that wouldn't have been an issue with Q-Rich
I'd say there is a considerable gap between Matrix and a rookie Sabonis

You swap out Roberson for...damn near anybody who can buy a fukking shot, let alone ISO Joe so you don't have to play 4 on 1 offensively. In a system geared toward getting out in transition

He'd look better in Pheonix than Nash would have in OKC.

He was not. That's what happens when you don't allow an elite player to do what he does best.

How good would LeBron be if teams made him strictly a screener and rebounder and then blamed him for lack of team success?

We saw how Westbrook looked in a D'antoni offense

27, 7, and 7

As the number 2 and not even the primary ball handler.

As the number 1, he'd get 30, 10 and 10 EASY

oh wait......

Pair Russ with Amare, Matrix, and shooters, they def beat the Spurs at LEAST 1 time to get to the Finals.

Russ and Oladipo were not redundant. I forgot Sabonis was a rookie, fair enough. But as I said, he nerfs the roster anyway, so he's not gonna look better unless it comes in exchange for a 60-win team becoming a .500 team.

Russ and Oladipo are redundant which was fine when they had KD and he was going to come off the bench. Him as the starting SG with Roberson being a non factor was not complimentary and ain't have shyt to do with Russ going "Super Saiyan"

And exactly how does he just automatically nerf the roster though? Like what's the rationale? There's no redundancy in that lineup

They were not redundant. You keep saying something doesn't make it true.

It has everything to do with Russ going "Super Saiyan", it's one of the main reasons KD of all people couldn't remain there. If you have to ask how he'd never the roster idk what to tell you.

You believe Nash "robbed" your boy of an MVP because he didn't score enough so you're biased against him.

It was never talked about kd never winning with Russ? Just answer that question. I could be wrong but I thought I heard Russ wasn't never a winning player.

So you're just gonna ignore my question after I directly answered yours?

Maybe you missed it, so I'll ask again:

He's so good he'll still be a great cause he's has better jumper get to the paint better and a better passer. I don't blame Russ for his time with the Lakers he was on decline a few years before.

Deron is another guy where you can tell if someone was actually there or not by how they talk about him. In the late 00s Deron vs CP3 was a hot debate with a lot of folks going with Deron. He just fell of quick as hell so people forget.

Contrarian nikkas have always existed, those that thought Deron was better than CP3 probably also thought Dame was better than Steph:hubie:
