Julius Randle didn't get any votes? Isn't he eligible because he got injured last year?

maybe im wrong but he got hurt first game of the year. I would think you can't play at all to be eligible.

Teams are voted by coaches, always have been since its inception. The coaches can't vote for their own players though.
