This is already being done in sports leagues around the world in countries that have been hit much harder than the US. It’s more so to prevent a large gathering of people where the virus could easily spread than anything else.

And that's fine, but I'm about as opposed to watching that as Lebron is opposed to playing in that. The atmosphere is a major part of the game for me and I'd wager a lot of fans -- and players -- feel the same. If it's that serious, again, put the money where your mouth is and send these guys home.
