At least Casey runs plays for a 3. Flip doesn't even believe in it.
He doesnt actually run plays,he just allows 3 of his guards to do anything they want and refers to it as "trusting his guys"

He let Marvin Williams fukk up an inbounds play SIX CONSECUTIVE TIMES AND DID NOTHING
He allows Al Jefferson to give up 40 pts a night - knowing that Jefferson is hurt

remember when he had the Heat switching on the pick'n'roll against the Spurs the entire series last year. Spurs were getting more open looks in the game then they were in shoot arounds. Like there wasn't film of Dallas playing straight man and damn near winning the series. Spo was supposed to be a film genius.
